The vacuum ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, which is composed of the ball mill tank, vacuum pipe, vacuum pump, rotating part (reducer, transmission gear, motor, electric control) frame and other main parts.
The working principle is that the material is evenly loaded into the vacuum tank by the feeding device, and the steel ball with different specifications of grinding medium ---- is installed inside. When the rotating device rotates, the centrifugal force will bring the steel ball to a certain height and then fall, resulting in heavy percussion and grinding effect on the material.
